If I had to compare this album to any in Apollo Brown's list of albums, it would be "Dice Game" , the production here is super soulful, bleak and emotional at times, Philmore Greene is so genuine lyrically on here, here he is honest, detailed, Pessimistic at times, when it comes to speaking on his surroundings and upbringing, their is a strength you carry through experience, this album is much needed, an artist translating his true soul into the Art. markmcauley1 (Strictly Hip-Hop Spot)

Bumpy represents what it means to be true to the culture, because as you listen to this, you expect to hear hard lyrics all the way through from him, but we hear Bumpy Knucks on a few tracks (hard, as expected), and as a stellar cast of true emcees hold it down on the mic that is guarded (and if you try to touch it, Bump told you what would happen; think the headless horseman 😂), we get to see Bumpy showcase his production skills, true to the boom bap ritual. Salute! Faheem Lea
